يوم الأربعاء الثالث من شهر آب عام ٢٠٠٥، الساعة التاسعة مساء، أطلق “طارق عطوي” حفلا موسيقيا إلكترونيا الأوّل له في لبنان تحت عنوان “آسا دجيينا – باريس” في زيكو هاوس. و قد تخلّل الحفل عرض فيديو موسيقيّ تفاعليّ.
ولد طارق عطوي في بيروت عام ١٩٨٠، و يعمل حاليا و يقيم في باريس، و هو فنان ومؤلف موسيقي يعمل في نطاق الصوت مستكشفاً أساليب جديدة للتعاون والإنتاج، وغالباً ما تتمحور أعماله حول عروض الأداء التي تنبع من أبحاثه العميقة في تاريخ الموسيقى وتقاليدها، ويتحدى استخدامه للصوت الأساليب المكرّسة لفهم وتجربة هذا الوسيط والإضافة عليه.
شارك طارق عطوي في عدد من المعارض والمهرجانات بما في ذلك قمة أوكاياما للفنون في اليابان(٢٠١٩)؛ والمعرض الفني الدولي الثامن والخمسون لبينالي البندقية (٢٠١٩)؛ وبينالي برلين الثامن (٢٠١٤)؛ وبينالي الشارقة ١١(٢٠١٣)؛ ومعرض دوكيومنتا ١٣ في كاسل (٢٠١٢)؛ وبيرفورما ٥ في نيويورك (٢٠١١)؛ ومعرض مركز الفن المعاصر في جامعة نانيانغ التكنولوجية في سنغافورة (٢٠١۷)؛ ومتحف تيت مودرن للفن الحديث في لندن (٢٠١٦)؛ غاليري سيربنتين في لندن (٢٠١٢)؛ ومؤسسة الشارقة للفنون (٢٠١١)؛ ومدياسيتي سيؤول (٢٠١٠)؛ والمتحف الجديد في نيويورك (٢٠١٠)؛ ومؤسسة لا مايسون روج للفن المعاصر في باريس.
شغل عطوي منصب المدير الفني لجمعية بيرغن في النرويج (٢٠١٦) واستوديوهات ستيم في أمستردام (٢٠٠۷ – ٢٠٠٨). درس الموسيقى المعاصرة والإلكترونية في الكونسرفتوار الوطني الفرنسي في رين (٢٠٠۷ – ٢٠٠٨)
Le Mercredi 3 Août 2005, à 9:00 le soir, “Tarek Atoui” a lancé un concert de musique électronique qui est le premier au Liban intitulé par “Asa djinna – Paris” à la Zico House. Cet événement comportait une vidéo musicale interactive.
Tarek Atoui est né à Beyrouth en 1980, et il travaille et vit actuellement à Paris. C’est un artiste et auteur de musique qui travaille dans le cadre du son exploitant de nouvelles méthodes de coopération et de production. Souvent, ses travaux se concentrent sur les spectacles de performance qui proviennent de ses profondes recherches sur l’histoire de la musique et ses coutumes. Son utilisation du son défie les méthodes vouées à comprendre et à expérimenter ce medium et à y ajouter.
Tarek Atoui a participé à plusieurs expositions et festivals comme le Sommet Okayama pour les arts au Japon (2019), la cinquante-huitième exposition Artistique Internationale de Benali – Venise (2019), le huitième Benali de Berline (2014), Benali Alsharika 11 (2013), l’exposition Documenta à Cassel (2012), Performa 5 à New York (2011), l’exposition du Centre de l’art contemporain à L’université Technologique Naniang à Singapour (2017), le musée Tit Moderne de l’art moderne à Londres (2016), Galerie Sirintine à Londres (2012), l’institution Alsharika pour les arts (2011), Media City Sioule (2010), le nouveau musée à New York (2010), Institution La Mission Rouge pour l’art contemporain à Paris.
Tarek Atoui a occupé le poste de directeur de l’association Bergen à Norvège (2016) et les studios Stim à Amsterdam (2007 – 2008). Il a étudié la musique contemporaine et électronique dans le Conservatoire National Français à Rêne (2007 – 2008).
On Wednesday three August 2005, at 9:00 pm, “Tarek Atoui” launched an electro music concert which was the first in Lebanon under the title “Asa djinna – Paris” at Zico House. This event included an interactive musical video.
Tarek Atoui was born in 1980 in Beirut, and nowadays he lives and works in Paris. This is an artist and music author who works within the framework of the sound exploiting new methods of cooperation and production. Often, his works focus on performance shows that come from his deep research about the history of music and his traditions. His use of sound defies approaches devoted to understanding, experimenting with, and adding to this medium.
Tarek Artoui has participated in several exhibitions and festivals such as the Okayama Summit for the Arts in Japan (2019), the fifty-eighth International Artistic Exhibition of Benali – Venise (2019), the eighth Benali of Sedan (2014), Benali Alsharika 11 (2013), the Documenta exhibition in Casel (2012), Performa 5 in New York (2011), the Center for Contemporary Art exhibition at Nanyang University of Technology in Singapore (2017), the Tit Modern Museum of modern art in London (2016), Sirintine Gallery in London (2012), Alsharika institution for the arts (2011), Media City Seoul (2010), the new museum in New York (2010), Institution La Mission Rouge for contemporary art in Paris.
Tarek Atoui held the position of director of the Bergen association in Norway (2016) and the Stim studios in Amsterdam (2007 – 2008). He studied contemporary and electro music at the French National Conservatory in Rene (2007 – 2008).
