On Wednesday three August 2005, at 9:00 pm, “Tarek Atoui” launched an electro music concert which was the first in Lebanon under the title “Asa djinna – Paris” at Zico House. This event included an interactive musical video.

From the tenth of September until the thirteenth of 2004, “Samar Kaadi“ and a number of artists with different cultures has launched a music festival “Bila Taazim” in cooperation with Zico house , from 8:00 PM till 12:30 AM in Zico house at the Backyard .
As part of the first edition of the Beirut Street Festival and the sustainable campaign “Transport” of “Green Line”, the old station, located in Mar Mikhael, hosted, on Wednesday August eleven 2004 at 8:30 pm, a performance of oriental dance in cooperation with Zico House.
A man in the air and a woman suspended On the evening of the first October, 2003, and within the framework of the Beirut Street Festival, which opened on August Thirty-one, 2003 and continued until October Three, and in cooperation with the Zico House, a German band presented two acrobatic shoes in front of the Zico House.
In 2003 from April fifteen to twenty-six, Zico House presented an installation under title of “Dressing-readdressing” by Mai Ghoussoub and Shaheen Merali, two “oriental” artists living in London. Mai nationality was Lebanese and Shaheen was Indian. This title is inspired by the play on the two expressions “Dressing” and “Read Dressing”.

Sponsored by :r.m.l », “Beirut” and “la CD-thèque”, and in cooperation with Zico House, zad presented in the framework of the “In Concert” festivals, an percussion concert, on the first of August 2002 at Beirut DC at 20h30 pm. The entrance costed 10 000 LBP with free drinks.
“Ghassan Maasri”’ presented an installation in an empty lot at Caracas, Manara on December 3 and 12, 2002 from 17:00pm till 21:00 pm in collaboration with Zico House.
