Zico House has dedicated three rooms on the 2nd floor for residency; it hosted residencies from several countries like Japan, Germany, United Kingdom, France, Holland, Italy, the Arab World, etc…

The Traces of a Fragile Memory
The Panoptikum project, a multidisciplinary initiative curated by Ayça Okay and created by Nathalie Rey, will launch its Lebanese segment with the exhibition Traces of a Fragile Memory – Prelude to the Panoptikum Project. The exhibition, opening in ZICO House Beirut, Lebanon, will present a carefully chosen selection of videos showcasing Pink Bunny’s previous performances alongside newer works. Before the exhibition, the main focus of the project was a short film that captured Pink Bunny’s journey.
Micheline Bahini, Lebanese and Syrian Scriptwriter / Filmmaker, is doing a residency at Zico House for the writing of a documentary essay: “N’Être Isabelle Huppert”.

Scenographer, designer of objects and interior graphic designer, Laurence Yared develops projects at the border between Design and Art.
Patoo was born during the Lebanese civil war. She expresses herself: sculpture (clay, resin and metal), drawing and lamp design.
The French artist Christian Gastaldi recomposes lines and colors, taken from these torn papers, into new graphic and poetic compositions.
Petra Serhal is a multidisciplinary artist and performer based in Beirut that explores the physical and political fragmentation.
From March 20th to April 19th 2017, Overseas Culture Interchange, founded by Mélanie Fréguin, is in residency at Zico House, Beirut.
Donat Caduff presents the exhibition “Out of space”, reflects the idea of a workspace of an artist-in-residence beyond a common environment.
